It is difficult to think objectively and clearly when one is irritated, angry or tense. This will of course have a detrimental effect on the quality of decisions being made. Therefore, it is advisable to practice pranic self-psychotherapy while at work, or to ask an officemate to apply pranic psychotherapy on you to reduce tension or stress, thereby increasing productivity.
